ArenaPlus leaves its mark on the sands of the Love Boracay sportsfest

During the Love Boracay 2024 Sportsfest, which takes place from April 26 to 29, 2024, ArenaPlus, your 24/7 sports betting app, jumped at the chance to travel to Station 1 in Boracay and join locals in beating the summer heat.

ArenaPlus, the main sponsor of the sportsfest, made an early impression on the occasion by attending the Opening Ceremony on April 26 in front of Epic. Among the guests who attended the opening celebration were Hon. Niño Carlos Cawaling, Vice Mayor Frolibar Sacapaño Bautista of Malay Municipality, and Hon. Sumndad Daligdig Y. During the introductory speech, Dindo Miguel Salazar mentioned that Love Boracay served as a catalyst for community building and environmental awareness.

The Station 1 area between the White House Resort and Estancia Uno was decked out with the ArenaPlus logo. There were also a number of banners erected to direct guests to the ArenaPlus booth, where they could purchase items that were especially appropriate for the summer. Attendees appeared to be having a good time while sporting sports bags, shirts, towels, and water bottles bearing the ArenaPlus logo.

Beach volleyball, beach tennis, beach soccer, sandcastle, dragon boat racing, beach volleyball, and paraw/regatta were among the beach sports that were the main focus of the Love Boracay 2024 Sportsfest. Players were given their own jerseys to wear during the informal competition, which featured the ArenaPlus logo on the back. ArenaPlus tokens were given to the winners of the sandcastle, beach volleyball, beach soccer, and beach tennis competitions.

There were four categories for the Boracay Beach Tennis Philippines competition. The Open 40+ Men's Doubles was won by Martin Lucien from France and Arturo Victor; the Open Mixed Doubles was won by Yza Milanes and Kaddie Mohammad; the Open Men's Doubles was won by Arturo Victor and James Solano; and the Open Women's Doubles was won by Bencia Delos Santos and Sophie Sacapaño. The Boracay Racquet Sports Club PH and Philippine Tennis Association also hosted their own beach tennis divisions, with Davis Alano and Paul Aligaen in the Men's Division, the Women's Division by Maggie Tirol and Adad Yu, and the Mixed Division by Davis Alano and Maggie Tirol.

J2 from Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo City won the beach soccer competition. In the Boracay Beach Volleyball competition, University of San Agustin's Clyde Nalangan and Dyle Nalangan emerged victorious in the Men's Division, while Jackielyn Estoquia and Dhannylaine Mae Demontaño of Team Limitless emerged victorious in the Women's Division.

With an emphasis on promoting the expansion and development of Philippine sports and culture even outside of Metro Manila, ArenaPlus stays active in the local sports and leisure scenes. Through its partnership with Love Boracay 2024, the brand hopes to raise awareness of sports that aren't as popular or played in the nation while also providing support for both serious and recreational athletes. Love Boracay 2024 Sportsfest was viewed by ArenaPlus, which is committed to Philippine sports in general, as a means of expanding its audience and igniting interest in outdoor sports.
