Art Takes Over SM Supermalls with “Art for Everyone”!

With Section G being formally released, stakeholders are looking forward to adopting its important recommendations and creating a stronger, more resilient retail commerce sector for all.

Building on the phenomenal success of the 2024 Art Market, which received the prestigious Gold Stevie® Award for Innovation in the Use of Events, SM Supermalls is increasing its commitment to promoting the local art scene.  Last year's Art Market featured over 1,200 Filipino artists and over 4,000 artworks, giving a venue that not only honored local creativity but also provided valuable support to both young and veteran artists.

The event's phenomenal success spurred renewed enthusiasm among the community, with many of last year's participating artists ready to return, demonstrating the event's significance and SM's rising role as a catalyst for Filipino creative expression.

Now, Art for Everyone broadens that vision.  This year's effort transforms participating malls into dynamic art destinations where both established and emerging local artists can show and sell their work, connect with new audiences, and contribute to a thriving creative community.

Throughout July, visitors can immerse themselves in a diverse range of artistic expressions, including paintings, photography, and prints, as well as digital art, mixed media, and sculpture, all made with pride by local artists.  The program invites artists of all ages and backgrounds to discover and appreciate Filipino talent.
