Enchanted Kingdom invites pet and animal lovers to a lovely, inclusive one-day Pets Day event

Enchanted Kingdom, the Philippines' first and only world-class theme park, welcomed cats, dogs, pet owners, and animal lovers to a pet-friendly one-day event called Furever Enchanted Ogg's Pets Day on April 26.

As part of this quarter's Forever Enchanted Summer campaign, the theme park recognized the link between pets and people while also promoting animal welfare with fun activities and surprises designed specifically for dogs, cats, and their human friends by EK's beloved character, Ogg the Guard.

The Enchanting Events Place (EEP) Foyer hosted learning sessions on basic obedience training, pet health and safety, responsible ownership, and animal bite awareness, led by speakers from the Santa Rosa City Veterinary Office, Animal Bite Center, and Canine Connections, a dog training institution. Volunteers from the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) also attended to support the event.

EK also collaborated with Calamba City-based animal rescue group Second Chance Aspin Shelter Philippines Incorporated (SECASPI) to hold an onsite pet adoption drive, where rescued cats and dogs may find loving permanent homes among event attendees.

Pets and their furparents had a beautiful time bonding at Ogg's Paw Ville, located on the Agila Grounds. This pet-friendly area included an EK-themed pet playground, a vivid photobooth, free services such as pet training consultations, veterinarian examinations, and anti-rabies vaccines, and a magical bazaar filled with pet needs, treats, products, and freebies.

All attendees received access to these unique pet-friendly activities and experiences, as well as great savings on Regular Day Passes, allowing pet owners to explore the remainder of the Park following the event.

Enchanted Kingdom's COO takes oath as president of Laguna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.

Enchanted Kingdom, the Philippines' first and only world-class theme park, is now in its 30th year and remains a leading advocate for local industry development, with its Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Cynthia R. Mamon, Ph.D., recently elected president of the PCCI-Laguna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.

The newly elected LCCI officers were inducted on February 16 at Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa, Laguna, led by Area Vice President Hoover Picar and Regional Governor Mary Ann Katigbak.

LCCI, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, is a non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization made up of Laguna-based small, medium, and large businesses dedicated to fostering a stronger, more sustainable local economy as well as promoting growth, resilience, and competitiveness in the province's business communities.

Present during the induction ceremony were Department of Labor and Employment – National Conciliation and Mediation Board IV-A Director Cynthia Foncardas, Laguna Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEPIDO) Laguna Head Fatima Villaseñor, PCCI Los Baños President Grace Bondad Nicolas, PCCI Quezon City President Anne Marie Francisco, and PCCI Lipa City President Marites Jumarang. They were joined by past presidents of LCCI namely Atty. Rose Lynn Zara-Coloma, Marvin Adolfo, Virgilio Lorenzo, Richard Albert Osmond, and EK’s President and Chairman Mr. Cesar Mario O. Mamon.

An economic briefing by Prof. Ronilo Balbieran, economist at the University of Asia and the Pacific followed after the induction ceremony.

Even prior to this, EK has been a longstanding active member of LCCI, as Mr. Mamon also served as its president from 2006 to 2007.

Championing Tourism

Mrs. Mamon was also reelected as president of the Laguna Tourism Council (LTC), taking the oath of office among the other newly elected LTC officers on January 22 in Santa Cruz, Laguna, administered by Governor Sol Aragones.

LTC is a provincial multi-sectoral body made up of representatives from various government and business organizations, and it is one of the primary movers behind Laguna's development as a major tourism destination in the Philippines.

Since Dr. Mamon took over the role in 2023, LTC has collaborated closely with the Laguna provincial government, as well as other local offices and non-governmental organizations across the country, to promote tourism, culture, heritage, and the arts to both domestic and international audiences.

Aside from that, they help Laguna-based micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) by providing platforms for them to present their world-class products and crafts at LTC's many events and partnerships held both within and outside of the province.

Forever Enchanted: Enchanted Kingdom Celebrates Three Decades of Magic

Enchanted Kingdom (EK), the Philippines' first and only world-class theme park, will commemorate its 30th anniversary on October 18 and 19, Saturday and Sunday.   The renowned theme park is commemorating three decades of wonderful memories with an outstanding music series and festive surprises that promise to excite everyone forever.

The two-day event will feature EK's first projection mapping exhibition, Wheel of Fate: The Magical Journey of Eldar the Wizard.  Guests will also see the Echoes of Enchantment Grand Parade, which features EK's famous Storyverse characters, led by the iconic Eldar the Wizard.   The nightly programs will start at 6:00 p.m.

Gabi ng Saribuhay: An Enchanting Filipino Concert

On October 18, Enchanted Kingdom will gladly welcome indigenous talent back to its stage for a star-studded anniversary celebration. 

Former EK artists who have made their mark in the entertainment business will return, including Sinag Maynila 2025 Best Actress and Sparkle Diva Rita Daniela and powerhouse soprano Gigi de Lana.  Rob Deniel, an acclaimed singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, will add to the evening's magic by captivating guests with his music.  The Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, one of the country's premier orchestras, will add to the night's magical atmosphere.

Mauie Francisco and Mitzi Casacop, both former EK performers and current GMA Sparkle artists, will also attend the ceremony and present a special performance at a private occasion. 

The first night of the festival will conclude with a big show called The Magic of Saribuhay: A Pyromusic Spectacle.

The Next Chapter of Enchantment

One of OPM's most recognizable bands, Parokya ni Edgar, and the best band of this generation, Cup of Joe, will be featured at the Forever Enchanted Live: EK's 30th Anniversary Concert on October 19.  Over October, an alternative rock band, will infuse the festivities with new vitality. 

The experiences of Magic: Sky Wizardry EKstravaganza will culminate the celebrations with a spectacular pyromusical performance, honoring Enchanted Kingdom's thirty years of fostering lifelong magical experiences for all Filipinos.

AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY and Space Shuttle Re-opening

One of the main features of Enchanted Kingdom's 30th anniversary celebration is the reopening of AGILA The EKsperience: SARIBUHAY, the Philippines' first and only flying theater.  Reinforcing the park's dedication to sustainability, the attraction takes visitors on an instructive and totally immersive trip through an improved video that highlights the Philippines' rich biodiversity and natural beauties.

Enchanted Kingdom levels up Eldar the Wizard’s special day with Mega Birthday Bash

Enchanted Kingdom, the Philippines' first and only world-class theme park, celebrates its 30th anniversary with a month-long birthday celebration for its popular figure, Eldar the Wizard, in July.

As part of The Enchanted Story of Eldar the Wizard campaign, EK pays tribute to its most beloved indigenous character with a variety of engaging activities, compelling presentations, hands-on learning, delectable delicacies, and lots of surprises across the parks.

Eldar began the festivities for his Mega Birthday Bash by enlisting the help of his Spaceport and Jungle Outpost companions, Morgom, Cromatia, and Snaptooth, in hiding invitation cards for his special day on their respective zones on July 12.  Guests who found Eldar's Missing Birthday Invitations had fun with minigames and enchanting goodies.

The magic continues on July 19, when visitors can assist Ogg the Guard in The Search for Eldar's Birthday Hats at Victoria Park, Portabello, and Brooklyn Place.

EK will also provide an intriguing spin to the classic practice of gift-giving with The Birthday Giver on July 19 and 20.  Everyone is encouraged to contribute heartfelt presents like as toys, clothes, books, school supplies, and other non-perishable items to our neighbors in need via the Magical Drop Box on the Midway Boardwalk.

Eldar's Mega Birthday Bash will take place on Saturday, July 26, at the Spaceport Grounds. Enchanted Kingdom spreads the magic of love with the Forever Enchanted Love Stories, a Valentines celebration

Enchanted Kingdom, the Philippines' first and only world-class theme park, is celebrating the season of love with Forever Enchanted Love Stories, a magical Valentine's celebration this February.

As part of EK's 30th anniversary celebrations in 2025, guests and their loved ones can immerse themselves in enchanting shows, fun activities, and treats created with love by Eldar the Wizard throughout the Park.

Last February 15, several lucky Park visitors had the opportunity to share their own Forever Enchanted Love Stories at the Bandstand during the annual Hug-A-Palooza event. Eldar and Princess Victoria joined the crowd for the event's highlight, the hugging tradition.

Following the Hug-A-Palooza, the featured guests were given exclusive gifts and escorted to EK's own restaurants, LaunchTime and Amazon Grill, for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner.

Last February 21 and 22, violinist Dominique Casacop serenaded everyone in Victoria Park, further spreading the Valentine's Day spirit. On their grand fans day last February 23 at the Bandstand, Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay, stars of the Sparkle GMA Artist Center, also spread more kilig at the Park.

Park visitors can record their enchanted moments with their loved ones at the vibrant Forever Enchanted Photowall, which is close to the Rialto 4D.

Scroll through the streets of Brooklyn Place at night and fall in love with the vibrant display set to classic romantic ballads at the Forever Enchanted Love Symphony, which runs from Friday to Sunday.

To complete your romantic EK itinerary, EK has reinstated Forever Love: Enchanting Dinner in the Sky for all weekends in February.  This iconic Valentine's Day offering provided a unique dining experience for groups and couples while riding the Wheel of Fate.

Thousands of people were captivated by the Enchanted Lunar New Year Parade, which went through the streets of Portabello, Brooklyn Place, and Spaceport zones during the day. As they pranced around the park, the symbolic Lion and Dragon brought with them the power of riches and good luck. EK concluded the festivities with a stunning display of lights at the Sky Wizardry Fireworks Display.

The Timeless Magic of Christmas: EK Presents Five Enchanted Presents to Commemorate the Season

The Philippines' first and only top-tier theme park, Enchanted Kingdom, offers five (5) brand-new, classic Christmas experiences in Santa Rosa, Laguna, making for the most enchanting holiday celebration.

Every Filipino can now experience the Timeless Magic of Christmas with the Park's festive music, colorful decorations, and lively displays, which were all unveiled during EK's grand holiday kickoff last November 23. This is in addition to the more than 30 unlimited rides and gated attractions.

ENCHANTING PERFORMANCES

With top-notch music and entertainment, the event's incredible lineup of performers spreads the classic holiday magic.

Using their strings and percussion, award-winning De La Salle Santiago Zobel (DLSZ) Rondalla enchanted the audience with a Christmas medley and captivating symphonic music.

Members of the formidable dance company G-Force teased the audience with their amazing dance moves as they returned to the EK stage to spread some Yuletide cheer. Additionally, they advertised their year-end dance concert, which is scheduled for December 15 at the theme park.

The Kingsmen, Victoria's Way, and SMS, EK's in-house vocal groups, further heightened the festive atmosphere with their captivating performances of traditional holiday tunes.

THE MAGIC OF GIVING

Santa Rosa Mayor Hon. graced the enchanted celebration. The city's Christmas season wouldn't be complete without the grand lighting ceremony of the Park's Enchanted Christmas Tree and Grand Parol, according to Arlene B. Arcillas.

The Timeless Halo-ween: An Event for a Cause event raised for the benefit of Typhoon Kristine victims was officially turned over to the Santa Rosa city government by Hon. Cynthia R. Mamon, Chief Operating Officer of EK. Arcillas.

Hon. Through their projects and offerings, EK has helped spread the "very essence of Christmas" — the spirit of giving. For this, Arcillas is grateful.

ELDAR’S MOONLIGHT PARADE

In anticipation of the simultaneous opening of EK's holiday attractions, starting with the Eldar's Moonlight Parade, park visitors gathered along the streets of Portabello and Brooklyn Place. Suddenly, there they were, with their colorful, glow-in-the-dark costumes, EK's cheerful wizard and other well-known characters from stories. As they danced through the themed areas to the upbeat, well-known EK tunes, the Park's nightlife came to life.

ELDAR’S BROOKLYN SYMPHONY

Eldar the Wizard waved his magical wand to begin the Brooklyn Symphony as the parade procession made its way to EK's 4D-simulated theater Rialto at the Brooklyn Place zone. Suddenly, the zone's Christmas lights came to life and began dancing to the tunes of well-known Christmas tunes that were playing everywhere.

As part of the holiday atmosphere, the audience also cheered when they saw "snow" fall from the sky near the end of the performance. 

ENCHANTED CHRISTMAS TREE

Serving as the highlight of EK’s magical holiday attractions this 2024 is their one-of-a-kind Enchanted Christmas Tree in partnership with Firefly. It is located between the Brooklyn Place and Midway Boardwalk’s Wheel of Fate.

With Dr. Mamon and Hon. Arcillas leading the lighting ceremony, purple lights soon covered the whole tree, unveiling its unique design.

This year, the theme park transformed the Enchanted Christmas Tree into Eldar’s iconic wizard hat. Serving as the ornaments are star-shaped lanterns, each bearing the portrait of the EK storybook characters; while on top is an image of the nativity scene, reminding every guest of the true essence of the Christmas season.

GRAND PAROL

Through its Grand Parol, which is even more brilliant at the Spaceport Grounds next to the Space Shuttle rollercoaster ride and where visitors can take in its vibrant display timed to well-known Filipino Christmas tunes, EK embraced Paskong Pinoy and revived the centerpiece of Filipino holiday celebrations.

Together with 100 other lanterns placed throughout the park, the Santa Rosa-based theme park commissioned Eric Bondoc Quiwa, a well-known lantern maker from Pampanga, to create this record-breaking décor.

ENCHANTMENT CONTINUES UP IN THE SKY

Eldar the Wizard masterminds a spectacular show once more of the brand-new Timeless Magic Fireworks illuminate the sky display. This includes EK's 29th anniversary special holiday edition. Timeless Magic, the anniversary theme song, was written and sung by the P-pop girl group SMS from the theme park.

MORE TIMELESS CHRISTMAS MAGIC

‘Tis the season to celebrate with the whole family here at EK!

Visitors can now take in the breathtaking views of the Grand Parol, the Enchanted Christmas Tree, and the Eldar's Brooklyn Symphony all the time. On Saturdays at 7 PM, they can also watch the Timeless Magic Fireworks Show.

Eldar the Wizard will begin incorporating a Yuletide element into his Moonlight Parade this December with the Christmastime Parade.

Beginning at the end of November, bands and musical ensembles will also spread the enchanted spirit of the holidays by performing captivating live carols by the Grand Parol. The music of DLSZ Rondalla will return on November 30 and December 7. On December 16 and 21, respectively, the Emilio Aguinaldo Symphonic Band and Ateneo Gabay will also be present to participate in the celebrations.

Enchanted Kingdom and Cafe Mary Grace launches magical partnership in bringing the Goodness of Home

In an effort to provide more magical experiences for everyone during the latter's soft opening at the EK Portico, City of Santa Rosa, Enchanted Kingdom (EK), the first and only top-tier theme park in the Philippines, has partnered with another legendary Filipino brand, Cafe Mary Grace.

The EK Portico, which sits next to the park's entrance, is a part of the theme park's 28th anniversary pledge to provide better dining and shopping options even on days when the park is closed.

From August 16 to September 16, 2024, Cafe Mary Grace will be offering the Welcome Home Treat, which is a complimentary glass of Sangria with every purchase of any All-Day Breakfast or any Flavorful Pasta. Additionally, visitors can take advantage of a Merienda Pairing that is only available at the park. For a special fee, a variety of the cafe's baked goods are paired with Mary Grace Hot Chocolate or coffee (americano or latte). Also available from August 16 to September 16, 2024, is this Merienda Pairing.

For the month of August, Cafe Mary Grace at EK will be open every Monday to Tuesday (11am to 8pm), Wednesday to Thursday (10am to 8pm), and Friday to Sunday (8am to 10pm).

Enchanted Kingdom bags international award for Best Retail Visual Merchandise Display

Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world class theme park in the Philippines, won the highly-coveted International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) Brass Ring Excellence Award for the Best Retail Visual Merchandise Display category during the IAAPA Honors 2024 held last March 3 at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Enchanted Kingdom, the first and only world class theme park in the Philippines, is inviting guests for its 28th anniversary celebration this October with the theme Be the Magic! Be Enchanted! The year-long celebration places the spotlight on recreating enchanting stories from the past and creating new magical experiences for every guest.
