The holiday season is all about giving, sharing, and creating memories with the people who matter most. This is the inspiration behind UNIQLO Philippines' 2026 holiday campaign, “The Gifts That Bring Us Together,” which celebrates the joy of gifting through its beloved LifeWear pieces and the meaningful moments that connect families, friends, and loved ones.
The campaign officially came to life during UNIQLO's holiday kickoff event, where sparkling lights, exciting surprises, and festive announcements welcomed the start of the season.
Among the highlights were the first teaser of UNIQLO's new holiday artist, upcoming anniversary promotions at the UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, and the community initiatives connected to the brand's Christmas tree lighting celebrations. The event also offered a preview of the many holiday activities and experiences UNIQLO Philippines has prepared for shoppers and communities.
Beyond finding the perfect presents, the campaign reminds everyone that the most meaningful gifts are often the moments spent together and the connections made during the holidays.
New UNIQLO 2026 Holiday Artist
One of the most anticipated parts of the holiday season is UNIQLO Philippines' tradition of bringing Filipino audiences together through a world-class performance by a beloved local artist.
For its 2026 edition, the brand has dropped a teaser announcing that a new A-list Filipino performer will take the spotlight at its annual holiday showcase. The event will also serve as the grand finale of UNIQLO Philippines' three-part holiday tree lighting series.
Set to take place on November 22, the celebration promises more exciting experiences as the festive season unfolds. UNIQLO Philippines will share further announcements through its social media platforms, including details about the featured artist.
Shoppers and holiday enthusiasts can also look forward to two additional Christmas tree lighting events in San Juan and Taguig, alongside inspiring gifting stories and more holiday surprises prepared by the brand.
“Every year, we are grateful for the opportunity to help spread joy and love during this much-awaited time of the year. Tonight, we kick off our holiday festivities in a special way, through this special tree lighting ceremony. Our trees represent the gift of giving, bringing people together through LifeWear. We want to celebrate with you this holiday season and celebrate your loved ones through meaningful gifts for all.” ~Geraldine Sia, UNIQLO Philippines Chief Operating Officer
The holiday festivities went beyond the much-anticipated lighting of the first of UNIQLO Philippines’ three holiday trees. Eventgoers were treated to special showcases featuring local celebrity partner Alexa Ilacad, alongside a captivating orchestra performance by scholars of the PARC Foundation, one of UNIQLO Philippines’ sustainability partners.
Shoppers also got to enjoy thoughtful holiday surprises, with UNIQLO Coffee handing out free Cocoa Hokkaido and Bibingka Ensaymada. Adding to the festive experience, guests could have their photos taken with the holiday tree by a professional photographer, making for a memorable keepsake from the celebration.
UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store 8th Anniversary Offers and Partnerships
Adding another reason to celebrate during the holiday kickoff was the 8th anniversary of the UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store. Since opening in October 2018, the store has stood as UNIQLO’s biggest location in Southeast Asia, featuring an expansive 4,100-square-meter retail space spread across two levels. Supporting Brighter Futures Through Education
Beyond the festive decorations and holiday celebrations, UNIQLO Philippines used its holiday kickoff event to share a meaningful message about giving back through its “Supporting Brighter Futures Through Education” initiative.
Running throughout the year, the program dedicates a portion of proceeds from selected AIRism products to helping 15 underserved public schools nationwide. This effort responds to the Philippines’ significant shortage of more than 165,000 classrooms, which continues to affect the quality of learning conditions for many students. One example is Bagong Silang High School, where some T’boli Indigenous learners endure journeys of three hours or longer to attend classes. On rainy days, lessons may also be held in makeshift classrooms.
Together with Friends of HOPE Inc., SM Foundation, and ABS-CBN Foundation, UNIQLO Philippines is working to improve school facilities by building new classrooms, providing educational assistance, and donating LifeWear items to both students and teachers.
To bring attention to the advocacy during the holiday kickoff at the UNIQLO Manila Global Flagship Store, AIRism products were featured as part of the illuminated tree display. The showcase served as a reminder that shoppers can take part in supporting better learning opportunities by purchasing AIRism innerwear included in the initiative.
