AirAsia Philippines is once again fulfilling its objective to promote domestic travel by being the official airline partner of the Provincial Government of Bohol for the Sandugo Festival 2025, providing guests with exceptional seat bargains and thrilling fiesta events.
The Sandugo Festival is an annual historical celebration in the Province of Bohol that commemorates the 1565 "Sandugo" or blood covenant between Spanish explorer Miguel Lopez de Legazpi and Bohol Chieftain Datu Sikatuna, which marked the first treaty of goodwill between Spain and the Philippines.
The World's Best Low-Cost Airline is conducting a series of seat sales to Tagbilaran, beginning at PHP 376. A 48-hour flash sale provides up to 20% off all seats and flights from July 31 to August 1, 2025, for travel between August 8 and November 30, 2025. Over 1.1 million seats will be available during this limited-time deal.
Aside from the 48-hour offer, AirAsia is continuing its Sandugo seat sale with flights starting at PHP 407 one-way, available for booking until August 3, 2025, and travel from July 31, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
"A recently concluded travel survey revealed that major entertainment events–such as concerts–are one of the top considerations in shaping travel decisions for most Filipinos. This is our way of driving the growth of Bohol's local tourism by connecting more people to these events as we mark the third leg of our nationwide tourism campaign “AirAsia Fiesta Series” all while ensuring we continue to make travel accessible and affordable.” ~Capt. Suresh Bangah, AirAsia Philippines President and CEO
AirAsia welcomes everyone to a free concert on August 8 at Bantawan, Old Tagbilaran Airport, including live performances by Earl Agustin and Cup of Joe. Guests can look forward to a night of music and celebration as part of the Sandugo festivities, which highlight AirAsia's dedication to community engagement and cultural celebration.
