What is Bancrea Homes? Tell us a little history of Bancrea Homes?
The concept of Bancrea Homes started when I was a sales manager for a local  developer. At the time,  I saw the opportunity of getting more prospective clients if I partnered with banks, which have been offering home loans and other related products. I thought, we certainly could refer new clients to each other.
I’ve named the  company  Bancrea Homes, where “Banc” refers to our partnerships with banks, while “Rea” stands for Real Estate Assistance.

Bancrea Homes envisions itself to be providing excellent and comprehensive services to our home buyers. We’d also like to strengthen our core values such as honesty and transparency with our clients and a high level of customer service.

Besides the banks and various real estate organizations, we also plan to partner with other industries such as furniture and home improvement contractors, architects, interior designers, and non-life insurance agencies.
