For something more refined, choose Chef Sam Kim's Signature Set, which has a carefully chosen selection of traditional Korean cuisine updated with modern flair.  The set contains Briquettes Bulgogi, which is marinated pork roasted over charcoal, and Doenjang Jjigae, a delicious soybean stew with snails, tofu, mushrooms, and vegetables.
