Home Credit PH and KServico Collaborate to Provide Fast and Easy Motorcycle Financing to Empower More Filipinos on the Road

This collaboration symbolizes the start of New Rides and New Possibilities, with motorbike installment plans now available at almost 180 KServico locations throughout Metro Manila and Luzon.

A motorcycle is more than simply a means of mobility for many Filipinos; it's a chance to enhance their standard of living.  Motorcycles provide a useful and reasonably priced answer to daily transportation needs, whether they are utilized for job, family obligations, or personal freedom.  However, the difficulty in obtaining funding has prevented many people from achieving that objective.

Now, two trusted names are breaking down that barrier.

Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), the country's premier consumer finance company, has teamed up with KServico, the largest retail network for motorcycles, three-wheelers, e-bikes, appliances, laptops, mobile phones, and furniture.  This collaboration delivers fast and easy motorcycle financing to over 180 KServico locations across Metro Manila and Luzon, making it easier and more convenient for Filipinos to purchase motorcycles and enjoy New Rides and New Possibilities.

Driven by a shared commitment to assisting more Filipinos in realizing their dream of owning a motorcycle, Home Credit and KServico now offer flexible installment plans with just one valid ID and a one-minute approval process, allowing customers to purchase quality, feature-rich motorcycles from top brands in the country.

The collaboration was officially inaugurated on May 8 with a signing ceremony at the KServico Cubao location.  Key officials from Home Credit and KServico, as well as partner motorcycle brands such as Honda, Kawasaki, Kymco, Suzuki, and Yamaha, attended the event, which marked the start of a collaboration aimed at increasing motorcycle ownership accessibility and providing new opportunities for Filipinos.

“At Home Credit, we understand that motorcycles are more than just a mode of transportation—they're a means to empower Filipinos, especially those engaged in delivery, ride-hailing, and other gig economy opportunities. However, the upfront cost can be a barrier for many. Through this partnership, we're happy to offer fast and easy motorcycle financing, making it more accessible for Filipinos to own their dream motorcycles. With our installment deals, minimal requirements, and quick approval process, we're enabling more Filipinos to experience the thrill of new rides and the new possibilities that come with them.” ~Sheila Paul, Chief Marketing Officer of HCPH

Building on proven success

This collaboration builds on the success of Home Credit's motorbike financing pilot program, which debuted in 2024 with KServico's associate company, EMCOR Inc.  The trial, which took place in 160 EMCOR stores in Visayas and Mindanao, generated a lot of attention and favorable response from customers.  With KServico on board, Home Credit is expanding its motorbike lending service to Metro Manila and Luzon, delivering fast and easy motorcycle financing to a larger market.  The project intends to reach out to more Filipinos who see motorcycle ownership as a path to more mobility, higher earning potential, and a better way of life.

“At KServico, we believe that every hardworking Filipino deserves a reliable motorcycle that offers the freedom and convenience they need. Our partnership with Home Credit helps turn that vision into reality for thousands of our customers across Metro Manila and Luzon. We are grateful to Home Credit for making financing more accessible and for sharing our commitment to empower more Filipinos through practical mobility solutions.” ~Grace Balingit, President of KServico

Fast and easy motorcycle installment deals

For Filipinos, owning a motorcycle is now quick and simple thanks to this cooperation.  KServico now offers a large selection of premium motorcycles from reputable manufacturers, together with convenient payment options made possible by Home Credit.  More Filipinos can now start the process of obtaining their ideal motorcycle with just one legitimate ID and a quick clearance process that takes as little as one minute.

Home Credit sales representatives are available at all participating KServico stores to guide customers through every step of the financing process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

To make the journey even easier, customers can visit Shoppingmall.ph to locate the nearest KServico branch, check the availability of motorcycle models, and explore financing options.

Through this collaboration, Home Credit and KServico are opening the road to new opportunities and mobility for more Filipinos, bringing the promise of New Rides and New Possibilities #ParaSaLife.

Home Credit Philippines host PFIP Q4 Membership Meeting, strengthens commitment to DEIB

Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), the country's leading consumer finance company, demonstrated its commitment to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) by hosting the Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) Q4 Membership Meeting and Fellowship Night.

The event focused on DEIB innovations, problem-solving strategies, and how DEIB can be integrated into organizational sustainability.  It also provided an opportunity to induct new members of the organization, as well as present the third Philippine Bahaghari closeout report and Rainbow Youth Academy Cycle 3 Updates.

A roundtable discussion titled Evolving Pride: The New Challenges and Opportunities for DEIB and Pride Network Leaders was a highlight of the event.  The session was moderated by Russel Jude Patina, Senior Public Relations Manager and Vice President for External Affairs of the Pride Club at HCPH, and featured distinguished panelists such as Joseph Magadan, Delivery Lead Manager of Accenture Philippines; Josh Calzo, Co-Chair of Rainbow Lions Philippines at ING Philippines; April Soriano, Associate Client Services Manager-Core Recruiting & Service Excellence at IBM Consulting; and Janlee Dungca, Managing Director of Castro Com.

The panel discussed critical topics such as the role of inclusive technology and data-driven DEIB strategies, overcoming barriers to DEIB success, aligning DEIB initiatives with organizational and ESG goals, and ensuring community leadership and cross-functional support.

“Discussions like these are vital in driving meaningful change within organizations and creating a more inclusive and equitable society. At Home Credit, we are honored to host this event, as it aligns with our values as an equal-opportunity employer and our ongoing commitment to championing DEIB in the workplace. Through initiatives like this, we continue to empower individuals and foster a culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and included. We are grateful for the insightful discussions during this event, as they provide valuable learnings that will continue to guide our journey in strengthening DEIB at Home Credit. While we have implemented and sustained numerous DEIB initiatives, we recognize that much work still needs to be done. Home Credit remains fully committed to advocating for DEIB, and we will continue to strive toward creating a workplace where everyone is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.” ~Nina Patricia Dacanay, People Partner of HCPH

HCPH has been actively working on its DEIB efforts, implementing initiatives to ensure a working environment in which all employees feel valued, respected, and given equal opportunities.  Dacanay's Pride-DEI knowledge-sharing session highlighted the company's efforts for workplace inclusion, initiatives to advance gender equality and LGBTQIA+ advocacy, and collaborations with organizations to strengthen DEI policies and programs.

Strengthening DEIB strategies and leadership development

The discussions emphasized the importance of organizations integrating DEIB as a core strategic priority in order to promote inclusivity and drive innovation.  The panelists emphasized the importance of using data and key performance indicators to assess the impact of business resource groups.  They also emphasized the importance of enabling self-identification options, which give organizations insights into their diversity efforts.  Regulatory frameworks, compliance, and technology have been identified as key drivers of DEIB initiatives.

Supporting professional development and LGBTQ+ rights

On leadership development, the panelists discussed actively involving and educating executives in DEIB efforts, as well as ensuring their continued engagement through workplace inclusion data and reporting.  Leaders were encouraged to prepare for generational shifts by empowering younger generations, such as Gen Z and Gen Alpha, to spearhead the next wave of DEIB advocates.

The event also highlighted initiatives that promote professional development and LGBTQ+ rights.  Attendees were encouraged to look into scholarship opportunities, such as the ASEAN Chevening Scholarship, which supports forward-thinking leaders committed to driving positive change in the Philippines.  This scholarship covers tuition, living expenses, and other essential costs.

The Right to Care Card, a significant step toward LGBTQ+ rights, was also discussed.  This program, which started in Quezon City, gives queer couples the legal right to make healthcare decisions for their partners.  The initiative, which is set to expand to other cities, aims to provide the LGBTQ+ community with broader legal recognition and protections.

“PFIP’s mission is to be the leading voice and champion of workplace inclusion in the Philippines. Our vision, our ultimate goal, is to have limitless career options for LGBTQ+ professionals.” ~Chris Eugenio, PFIP’s Board Advisor

Since November 2023, HCPH has been a proud member of PFIP, a nonprofit community consisting of LGBTQ+ employee resource groups and human resource representatives from private sector firms in the country. Through this partnership, Home Credit Philippines has actively contributed to the LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion Survey and integrated best practices from PFIP’s recently published Playbook for LGBT+ Inclusive Workplaces in the Philippines.

More than 2,000 runners took a step toward a healthier lifestyle today by participating in Takbo #ParaSaLife, Home Credit Philippines' (HCPH) inaugural fun run.  Home Credit, the country's leading consumer finance company, continues its mission to help Filipinos not only financially, but also holistically, by promoting physical and mental health.

The event was held at Parqal in Aseana City and organized in collaboration with WeKenRun, a running group led by renowned marathon coach Ken Mendola. It included 1K, 3K, 5K, and 10K categories, making it accessible to runners of all fitness levels.

Aside from the fun run participants and Home Credit executives and team members, guests and personalities such as Lester Cruz, CEO of Singlife Philippines, attended the event to support Home Credit's efforts to promote healthier living.  Employees from Boltech and SM participated in the race, as did valued event partners Xiaomi, Park Access, and Singlife.

Championing holistic wellness

“According to the World Health Organization (WHO), almost 38% of Filipinos are physically inactive, putting them at risk for lifestyle-related diseases. As the Filipinos’ trusted ally, not just in financial inclusion but in overall well-being, Home Credit is committed to encouraging communities to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Seeing people of all ages and backgrounds come together for this run is truly inspiring. At Home Credit, we believe that wellness is an essential part of living a fulfilling life. Takbo #ParaSaLife is more than just a race—it’s a movement that we hope will continue beyond today. We look forward to making this an annual tradition to encourage more people to prioritize their health." ~Petr Lukosz, HCPH Chief CRM Officer and 2x Ironman Philippines Champion

Over 2,000 runners participated in Takbo #ParaSaLife, Home Credit Philippines' first-ever fun run held at Parqal in Aseana City. Organized by WeKenRun, the event offered 1K, 3K, 5K, and 10K categories, promoting health and wellness among Filipinos and reinforcing Home Credit's commitment to supporting customers not just financially, but holistically.

A successful turnout and exciting rewards

The event brought together Home Credit team members, first-time runners, and seasoned runners, all of whom shared a commitment to health and wellness.  Participants received running shirts, race bibs, and loot bags from event partners, and finisher medals will be mailed to them.  The podium finishers in the 10K, 5K, and 3K categories received cash prizes, including a ₱10,000 grand prize for the fastest runner in the 10K.

Home Credit and its partners also made the event more rewarding by providing exciting prizes such as gift certificates for ON Running Shoes and Suunto, Park Access vouchers, and Xiaomi smart home gadgets. Singlife provided home insurance vouchers worth ₱7,500, ₱5,000, and ₱2,500 to the top male and female finishers in the 10KM, 5KM, and 3KM categories, respectively.  These awards are just one of the many ways Takbo #ParaSaLife promotes holistic well-being while making every step even more rewarding.

“This was my first time joining a fun run, and I never imagined I could complete the 10K category—but I did! It was such an incredible experience. Thanks to Home Credit, I got to challenge myself and achieve something I never thought possible. This event has inspired me to stay active, set bigger fitness goals, and make running a part of my lifestyle. I hope to join again next year and push myself even further!” ~Joma Unabia, a first-time fun run participant and 10K finisher, shared his excitement about joining Takbo #ParaSaLife

Looking Ahead

With the success of Takbo #ParaSaLife, Home Credit Philippines is already planning next year's event, which promises to be even bigger, better, and more exciting.

As WHO data show that nearly 40% of Filipinos are physically inactive, initiatives like this serve as a timely reminder that small steps can lead to big changes.  Beyond financial empowerment, Home Credit is dedicated to promoting holistic well-being, ensuring that every Filipino can live their best, healthiest lives—one run at a time.
