GCash supports Gold's Muscle Gym Contest Philippines

Jon Lindsay’s Muscle Contest Philippines is set on September 7-9, 2018 at Ayala Harbor Point, Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center. This is the first muscle contest to be held in the Philippines which will also be the first Bodybuilding event to act as a Mr. Olympia qualifier. It will also mark the first time that an International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) pro cards will be awarded which will allow the recipient to compete in professional bodybuilding contests.

Muscle Contest Philippines is the country’s largest multi-sport festival and fitness expo. It is expected to attract 5,000 participants and spectators. Gold’s Gym Philippines is partnering with the country’s largest mobile wallet, GCash to facilitate a better payment experience for participants and attendees alike. Participants will enjoy special discounts when they pay using their GCash App.

“We partnered with GCash to provide more convenience for interested parties to pay for the fees related to the Muscle Contest Philippines. GCash through their scan-to-pay technology offers an easy way to pay by simply scanning the QR code we have at any Gold’s Gym branch and typing in the amount to be paid and confirming the purchase. I encourage all our existing Gold’s Gym Philippines members and those who are interested to participate in the Muscle contest Philippines to visit any Gold’s Gym branch and pay for your fees via GCash, said Mylene Mendoza-Dayrit, Gold’s Gym Philippines CEO.

GCash is now accepted nationwide in all Gold's Gym and UFC Gym. Every new GCash user can use referral code 'GOGOLDS' and get P120.00 when you register to GCash and Scan to Pay for their event this September! In addition, both for new and existing GCash users, get 5% cashback capped up to 50 pesos. Cashback will be credited to your GCash account within 3 working days.

GCash is Muscle Contest Philippines’ payment partner through Gold’s Gym Philippines. Paying via QR code is now available at all Gold’s Gym branches in the Philippines. For GCash users, they can pay via the scan to pay feature in the GCash app, through very simple and easy steps. A customer with an iPhone or Android smartphone only needs to download or update to the latest version of the GCash app, register an account, and fund their GCash wallet at any of over 15,000 GCash partner outlets nationwide. Once done, the customer just needs to tap on “Scan QR,” point the phone’s camera at the partner’s QR code, and pay.
