8990 Holdings’ Deca Mall welcomes SM Hypermarket as anchor tenant. Top real estate developer 8990 Holdings, Inc. recently signed up SM Hypermarket as the lead anchor tenant of Deca Mall, a P452-million community shopping mall within Urban Deca Homes Manila, its 13-tower mixed-used community in Vitas, Tondo, Manila. Set to open in the second quarter of 2019, Deca Mall is envisioned to host up to 430 small and medium enterprise (SME) tenants. The two-storey mall has a total gross area of 18,000 square meters and a gross leasable area of 14,000 square meters. With the presence of SM Hypermarket, Deca Mall aims to address the lifestyle needs of Urban Deca Homes Manila residents and those in surrounding areas. 8990 Holdings, Inc. is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange, under the symbol "HOUSE."
