McDonald's Philippines, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Philippines, and the City Government of Marikina celebrate the opening of the 57th Ronald McDonald Bahay Bulilit Learning Center in Barangay Sto. Niño, Marikina City, creating brighter beginnings for young learners and reaffirming their shared commitment to advancing early childhood education in Filipino communities.
Many Filipino parents face the daily challenge of balancing work and ensuring their children receive quality early childhood education. Monica Dela Cruz, a tricycle driver in Barangay Sto. As a mother of three in Marikina City, Niño understands this reality all too well.
Monica, the family's primary breadwinner, balances long hours on the road with caring for her children. This year, her family will celebrate another milestone as her three-year-old son begins preschool—a new chapter with new responsibilities and goals.

Recognizing this need, McDonald's Philippines and Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Philippines officially opened the 57th Ronald McDonald Bahay Bulilit Learning Center on June 26, 2026, in Barangay Sto. Niño, Marikina City. The learning center offers young children a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which they can develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional skills that will prepare them for formal education.
