In October 2024, Solaire Resort and the German Club of the Philippines will host the largest Oktoberfest celebrations. Now, on October 19 and 20, 2024, at the Grand Ballroom of Solaire Resort North, visitors can enjoy the magnificent Oktoberfest. Savor a variety of traditional German foods, unrestricted beer, and live music provided by Bavarian Sound Express all evening long.

With the renowned Weihenstephaner serving as the official beer sponsor, guests will only be able to sample the best brews. The second day of the event is family-friendly at Solaire Resort North, making it a unique experience. It's a great day out for kids of all ages with a range of activities including face painting, a German costume photo booth, a bouncy castle, and carnival games.

Without the Brotkorb, or breadbasket, which is a must-have centerpiece of freshly baked German breads and Laugenbrezel, or soft pretzels made in the Bavarian style, there would be no German feast. These are ideal for sharing with Obatzda, a creamy German beer cheese dip. A delicious spread of German cheeses and cold cuts can be found at the Wiesen jause. Pick between the traditional German potato salad Kartoffelsalat, the zesty white cabbage salad Krautsalad, and the Munich-style sausage salad Münchner Wurstsalat. With these dishes, everyone can enjoy a hearty and savory German spread.

Sausage selections on the menu include Frankfurter sausage, which is served with creamy German potato salad and a freshly baked Kaiser roll, and Rostbratwurst, a spicy and grilled pork sausage that goes well with tangy sauerkraut, roasted potatoes, and rich onion jus. Savor the slow-roasted pork knuckle or Oktoberfest Haxe, which comes with a wheat beer sauce that will make you want more. A robust beef goulash made with braised beef ragout, the Rindsgulasch is served with red cabbage on the side and bread dumplings. Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, or black forest gateau, Kaiserschmarrn, or shredded caramelized pancake, and Apfelstrudel, or traditional apple strudel, are the items available at the dessert station. Families can enjoy a delightful experience with these German treats.
